SoulisAI is a subscription service operated by Jothi Viknesh (sole proprietor, trading as HappySoul Solutions), Bangalore. This policy explains your free trial, how billing renews, how to cancel, and when you can get a refund. It applies whether you use Soulis on the web app, as an installed app, or on Telegram.
New members get a 7-day free trial with no card required. You are not charged during the trial. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends and access pauses, no charge is made unless you choose a paid plan.
When you subscribe, you authorize a recurring auto-payment (UPI AutoPay or card mandate) through our payment processor, Razorpay. Your plan then renews automatically, monthly or annually depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel. We do not store your card or bank details; Razorpay handles all payment data.
You can cancel anytime, in any of these ways:
Cancelling stops all future charges immediately. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days. The exact time depends on your bank or UPI provider.
For any cancellation or refund request, email hello@soulisai.com with the email or phone number on your account and your payment ID. We acknowledge within 48 hours.
