SoulisAI is an AI accountability companion, available as a web app (soulisai.com/app, installable on your phone or laptop) and as a Telegram bot, operated by Jothi Viknesh (sole proprietor, trading as HappySoul Solutions), Bangalore. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to remove it. It is the same account and data across every way you use it.
To run the bot. To generate your brief, wrap, and weekly reset. To remember what you told us so the next reply is informed. That is the entire use.
We do not sell data, share data, or use data to train any AI model. The Anthropic and Sarvam APIs we call do not retain prompts under their default terms; we use those defaults.
Responses from SoulisAI are generated by artificial intelligence, specifically Claude (Anthropic) for text and Sarvam Bulbul/Saaras for voice. These are not human responses, except where explicitly labeled "A note from Jothi" or "From the founder." This disclosure is provided in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India) and similar transparency principles.
Postgres database hosted on Supabase, in the ap-south-1 region (Mumbai). Voice files are processed in memory and not stored.
As long as your account is active. If you cancel, ask us to delete by emailing hello@soulisai.com from the email on your account. We will purge within 7 days.

SoulisAI replies are AI-generated by Claude (Anthropic, USA) for text and reasoning, and Sarvam AI (India) for voice synthesis. Your messages are processed by these third parties under their default no-retention API policies, used only to generate a response for you, and not used to train their models. Audio of your voice notes is converted to text on Sarvam's servers and the audio is not stored.
You may choose to invite another person (a "witness", such as a family member or friend) to receive a weekly summary of your wins. We only act on this when the witness themselves taps your invite link and consents. For a witness, we store only their Telegram ID and first name, and we send them a weekly positive-only summary (your kept promises and streaks, never your misses or message content). A witness can stop instantly by replying STOP, which deletes their stored details, and you can remove a witness at any time with /witnessoff. We add no one without their own affirmative opt-in.
